Ouch! I can’t argue my punctuation position, as I didn’t pack my copy editor’s hat for my trip.

South America is definitely on my list of potential future trips as well.

Bea: I’m sleeping on a friend’s floor now, but it’s strangely preferable to the tiny bunk bed. At least I don’t have anything from which to fall off.

I know it’s premature to start planning your next trip seeing as you’re still not done with your current trip, but I will travel with you if you’d like. That way we can share all the new things, which I’m thinking I want to be in South America

Also, I disagree with your punctuation in the headline of this post.

I get what you mean with the beds being too short — (and this would sound like a generalization, but when you’re on a budget, you choose the most cost-efficient places to stay in) that, I would sometimes sleep diagonally, my feet just missing the edges of the bed. I do hope you have a better time in Shanghai, but Asia? Asia’s definitely different!
